Blog:How to Identify Fake UGG Designer Boots
September 29th, 2009 Posted 9:05 pm
uggs on sale, also referred to as uggs or ug boots, are a style of sheepskin boot, with wool as the inner lining and a tanned outer surface worn by both men and women. The UGG Australia story began in 1978, when Brian Smith, a young surfer from Australia, took a trip to the United States with a bag full of sheepskin boots.
Now let me introduce you something about how to identify fake ugg designer boots.
First Research the seller of the Ugg boots. Various Internet websites that specialize in selling designer clothing and fashion, such as eBay and similar auction websites, are known to be places where sellers try to get rid of fake designer knockoffs
Second Check the price. If the price for the Ugg boots are too good to be true, it most likely is. UGG Ultra Short Boots are known to be quite expensive. Classic Ugg boots start at about $60, though various other UGG Ultra Tall Boots fashions and styles can cost up to $200. A cheap pair of Ugg boots may mean they are fake, counterfeit designer goods.
Third Read the Ugg boot tag. If it’s made in China, they are genuine Ugg boots.
Fouth Feel the boot material and inspect the manufacturing. Real Ugg boots are made with high-quality cloth and material, and the stitches and workmanship will be solid.
Five Avoid buying Ugg boots from un-reputable third parties. Purchase Ugg boots from reputable sellers and dealers to protect yourself from wasting money on cheap Ugg boots that aren’t the real thing.

Blog:Murray crashes out of Aussie Open
September 29th, 2009 Posted 9:03 pm
British number one Andy Murray crashed out of the Australian Open in the first round, slumping to a 7-5 6-4 0-6 7-6 (7-5) defeat by Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
Tsonga took control in the early stages and his solid serve and fierce forehand gave the ninth seed few opportunities.
The Frenchman, ranked 38th in the world, went two sets up before Murray hit back with a whitewash in the third.
A tense fourth set went to a tie-break before Tsonga, despite struggling with a thigh injury, came through to win

Blog:Property auctions take hold in Dubai
September 29th, 2009 Posted 8:59 pm
The four-bedroom villa in the leafy Dubai suburb known quaintly as The Meadows could be an advert for “The Dubai Dream” with its marble floors, spacious gardens and outdoor swimming pool.
As little as 12 months ago, buoyed by an influx of expatriates on tax-free incomes, developers could not build villas like this fast enough to meet the demand.
Even the $2m (£1.2m) price tag did not put people off, so for estate agents like Raymond Kuceli it meant their job was easy.
But today he has to work harder.
In the wake of the global recession, mounting job losses and growing debts have forced many would-be buyers to pack up and leave.
“People are still interested in property,” says Mr Kuceli.
“But they’re just not moving as fast as they were before and there aren’t as many buyers. It takes a lot of negotiating.”

According to Luis Veiga, about 80% of those who visit the tango venues are foreigners.
Between September and March, the majority of the visitors are Europeans and many of them come to Buenos Aires on the cruise ships.”
In 2008, more than 130 European and US ships made a stopover in the capital of tango.
However this year the prospect could be very different.
“At the moment, we don’t know how many ships to expect or how many passengers they will bring, but hotel reservations have dropped considerably, compared to other years,” he added.
Blog:Export recovery
September 29th, 2009 Posted 8:54 pm
Germany was thrown into recession earlier in the year because its exports collapsed.
The latest figures showed German exports had grown at their fastest pace for nearly three years at 7%, with particularly strong growth in demand from rapidly-growing economies such as China.
The country’s Federal Statistics Office said that household and government expenditure had also boosted growth.
It added that imports had declined “far more sharply than exports, which had a positive effect on GDP growth”.
“These [GDP] figures should encourage us,” said Germany’s Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg. “They show that the strongest decline in economic performance likely lies behind us.”

There are also fewer US companies in the biggest 500 than in any previous survey.
China has more firms listed than before, and for the first time a Chinese company – Sinopec, an energy supplier – is in the top 10.
But the US still has 140 firms in the list while China’s tally is just 37.
The latest survey also confirms the dominance of oil companies, with seven in the top 10, despite the steep drop in crude prices in the past year.
blog:The twins who have different star signs – after they were born 51 hours apart
September 29th, 2009 Posted 8:49 pm
After giving birth to her son Ryan, Hayley Phillips thought it wouldn’t be too long before his twin brother followed.
In fact, it took a further 51 hours – and a second labour for Miss Phillips – before Lewis eventually made his way into the world.
The twins – who as well as being born on different days also have different star signs – are now set to mark their first birthday, with Ryan, a Leo, celebrating tomorrow and Lewis, a Virgo, two days later on Tuesday.
Miss Phillips, 24, said: ‘There were two separate labours, with Ryan being born at home and Lewis in hospital, they have different birthdays, different star signs and if Lewis had been born a few days later he would be in a different school year.
‘They look the same but they couldn’t be any more different.’
Miss Phillips, a manager with Lloyds TSB, was admitted to Sunderland Royal Hospital on August 23 last year after experiencing labour pains 11 weeks early.
